Logistic Settlements
Helping clients secure their new home – one of life’s biggest investments – is what drives Logistic Settlements owner Emina Davis.

“It is exciting to work with homeowners to discover dreams of property ownership,” Emina said.

Logistic Settlements has been running for almost 15 years with Emina at the helm as licensee, helping clients in the areas of real estate property settlements sale and purchase contracts, new homes, related party transfers and freehold land property transfers.

With three children already attending St Stephen’s Carramar, and one due to start next year, Emina is an active member of the School community.

The services of a settlement agent are required when your property is being bought or sold and while the bank or real estate agent may recommend someone, the choice of who to use it completely yours.

“We are available to answer any queries you might have even before your house is sold such as: my rates are due, should I pay these now? Do I need to continue paying my mortgage until settlement? or I am buying another house, can this property settle at the same time?”

Logistic Settlements offer a thorough service at a competitive price and are offering St Stephen’s community members 50 per cent off professional fees.
