Cailo Chocolate

The Carniello family makes chocolate from bean to bar in Duncraig. We believe that producing excellent chocolate requires great ingredients and attention to details that can’t be achieved in a large-scale industrial environment. This is why we hand-craft our chocolate in small batches here in Perth.

We use high quality, simple ingredients: our regular dark chocolate bars contain only cocoa beans and unrefined raw sugar. Our suppliers all get paid a fair price for their efforts and we source organic ingredients where possible.
