I have practiced in the field of commercial disputes and insolvency for my entire legal career and am proud to be one of the foundation partners for the Mills Oakley Perth office. Mills Oakley is a national full service law firm with over 100 partners and approximately 700 staff. I endeavour to set myself apart from other lawyers by striving to understand my clients’ objectives and tailor legal services to be symbiotic to those objectives and to value add to my clients’ core businesses.
I am admitted as both a barrister and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and a practitioner of the High Court of Australia. I regularly appear as counsel in trials and appeals as well as in arbitrations (and other similar dispute resolution processes). In short, I work with my clients in an insolvency or dispute context from “cradle to grave” to ensure the best commercial outcome available in the circumstances. I have recently acted in the Cooper & Oxley administration where control of the company has been handed back after a successful administration process.
