At MumaBubs, Fitness Specialist For Mums, we believe that the post-natal period does not end once your baby is no longer a newborn.
Issues with the pelvic floor, pelvic instability, weakness with your core and even finding the time to exercise with the extra demands of being a mum, do not go away after your 6-week post-natal check.
However, returning to exercise safely is crucial for your long-term health and well-being.
At MumaBubs we are passionate about women exercising safely during the entire journey of becoming and being a mum.
We provide small group training and personal training programs for pregnancy, post-natal and beyond. And, for our group sessions we over onsite childcare, so that every mum has the opportunity of a little time to themselves.

We have a fantastic group of like-minded women currently training with us at MumaBubs and enjoying an hour of ‘me time’ every time they join us.

We are proud to be raising the standard through working closely with Women’s Health Physiotherapists to ensure you are properly looked after and are set with tools for life that will help you to re-build from the inside out and reach your full potential as both the woman that you are and the mother you have become.
Our Group Training Sessions are held at Carine Open Space (Okely Road) OR Carine Club Rooms @ Carine Open Space Reserve (off Beach Road)
Personal Training Sessions are held at MumaBubs HQ or we can come to you.
