Provident have two specific services they are offering at the moment, with a special price for St Stephen’s parents and alumni. “It is more about preserving our community than profiting,” he said.
- Stress Test your Cash Flow – this is a 45-minute session where we can use simple financial data to show the impact of decisions before they are made on profit and cash flow. This can be a very powerful tool to set priorities on what and when to cut expenses especially when looking at staff. Broadly we are offering this at $100+ GST but for the St Stephen’s community it is just $70 + GST.
- Survival Sessions – This is a three-session advisory where we will;
- Review the business up to impact of COVID-19 – this is to set base lines and trends and include the above Stress Test.
- Strategic planning – Setting goals, plans and actions for the next 90 days to set up for survival and potentially van thriving in a new operating environment.
- Cash Flow Budget and Funding – Ensuring you have an eye on the numbers moving forward and understand how to fund the plan.
These sessions are $250 each and can be run one-on-one or in small group sessions of up to four people.
